The product is fine, just what I expected. Unfortunately, I am still waiting for the full order to arrive in one piece. Several of the glasses arrived broken with the original shipment and the replacement shipment also arrived with broken product. Etchified has yet to respond to my follow up email and I am not sure I will ever get all the glasses I paid for

I ordered 15 16OZ pint glasses from Etchified, They were done perfectly and was very impressed by the quality, however, @ did arrive broken and though I tried contacting them I still haven't gotten a response.
