Shipping and Returns

SHIPPING

Most of our personalized items ship in 1-3 business days by the methods listed at checkout.  

Orders over 12 items allow 3-5 Business Days for production.

Expedited shipping speeds up the in-transit time but does not reduce the production time. Rush Production service is available for $8 per item for qualifying products and orders.

We are not responsible for any carrier delays in delivery. Please leave an extra "buffer" day if delivery by a specific date is critical - weather and carrier delays do occur.

 

FREE SHIPPING

Free shipping applies to orders that meet a minimum value:

Canadian orders: $350 CDN
US Orders: $200 USD

 

SPLIT SHIPPING

We can ship your items to a mailing list you provide. There is a charge per package plus the actual shipping cost. There is a minimum of 12 products for split shipping.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Canadian orders are shipped DDP, which means Delivery and Duty Paid - all duties and taxes are collected at checkout. 
International orders (outside of Canada and the USA) do not include taxes or duties. The customer will be responsible for payment of these fees when receiving their shipment. 

Upon receiving your order, please inspect it and contact us within 48 hours if there is a problem with the order. All claims must be made within 48 hours of delivery. 

 

Products that have been personalized or altered cannot be returned unless there is a quality issue. Returns must be processed within 30 days. To return an item, please contact us.
