I have been ordering from Etchified for years, but I will admit, it's been a while since my last order. First the positive. Etchified has always been fantastic to deal with and the products received have thus far been perfect. In the past it has always been a very fast delivery also. For me, when I need it, I need it NOW. Nature of my business. This last shipment too a very long time to arrive. I believe it came from the USA. I very much liked in the past that you were from Canada and I specifically looked for that when I first found you. I understand the need to expand, but I feel it should have been in Canada.
